The secret behind these lenses is biocompatibility - the ability of a material to interface with a natural substance without provoking a biological response. Because ordinary contact lenses are made from first generation materials, a biological response from the tears is activated immediately upon insertion, resulting in an accumulation of deposits. Proclear Compatibles and easyvision all day incorporate phosphorylcholine, a biocompatible material which mimics the eye's natural cells, enhancing your wearing satisfaction.
